Not able to logon to cancel subscription

I received an e-mail letting me know that my subscription is going to be renewed. I do not want to renew the subscription, I had tried multiple times to logon and change my password to logon and I am still not able to logon successfully, therefore I am not able to cancel my subscription. I had wrote them an e-mail 2 days ago and still no response. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
