Wow! I am a general contractor in the New York area and I made the mistake of contacting Thomasnet. I hung up on the first guy after he wouldn't answer my questions and told me to watch a video while he waited on the phone. I then proceeded to watch the video which answered 0% of my questions. I searched the site high and low to see exactly what they do and what they charge and then I called the 800 #. This guy hung up on me after I said I did not understand some of the things he was saying and when I wanted to know what I was paying for. Just another bad service Thomasnet! You suck!
