Over the past several months, I have put in requests to have a hosting account cancelled and for this company to QUIT taking money out of my bank - Twice I was told "OK" they would take care of it, and not once, but now, Seven Times, I have been given excuses since then, "Why" they just cannot see fit to stop taking my money or cancel the hosting account & On where that domain is, there is a FOR Sale Page, not my web site... And this company sees fit to continue charging me. I am now headed to the bank to do a charge-back of the last several months they has stolen my money - and according to the latest email I have recieved from GoDaddy, they just apologize and say, they it is their company policy not to cancel accounts like this — without the original credit card information — Hmmm... I dont even have that credit card anymore... So, now, since they are the only ones using it — Its credit card theft as well..
SO ALL In a nutshell, you use this company, be prepared to pay for it long after you end using their service... They will take your money, and keep taking it — even if they dont provide a service... I will be posting an article in the Newspaper about this experience as well & Major Media might just wake them up!
