I made the mistake of ordering the Online Auction Academy Protege kit to learn how to better use eBay etc. Canadian customs would not even allow it into Canada.
OAA received it back in September/04 and then promptly charged my credit card in October... To date December/04 they have still not refunded me. I have spoken to Sue at the office and send messages to the accounting department to no avail. I have now filed a report with the US BBB. I'm hoping they can resovle this problem.
My suggestion is that anyone having problems with this company should file a report with the BBB and also initiate a phone campain calling them as frequently as you can to get some action from them.
