Sounds like its a familiar story by now. First, a copy of "Rosie" magazine shows up in the mail. Then, a couple weeks later, the credit card statement shows up with an $18 charge for it from a company called "NSS". We call, adn go through the automated routine. The info said the charge would be credited before our next statement. If it is, no problem. My wife and I have both racked our brains and can't think of anything we did to trigger this — we didn't request any "free" magazines, or fill out surveys or anything like that.
Because of other's poor experience with this firm, I think I will send a letter to our credit card company.
