Working and living in China, was in the US for a brief visit. Had no other option to make an emergency communication but Boingo in the Detroit airport. First attempt to connect was unsuccessful, so tried again, and now have 2 accounts! Went back to China, and discovered after several months I was being billed for 2 Boingo accounts for months. Account rep on customer line was helpful, closed the accounts, but was only able to give 60 days of reimbursement. I've got several months of charges, tho, and never used their service! So, so unhappy.
