Specialist #6 is arriving in a few days to hopefully repair the problem no body else might. Im surprised. Its been THE toughest month continuously getting kicked-off the web and needing to repeatedly contact ATT. And also the specialists possess the upper-hand while there is no method to document a criticism about them besides hand-writing a notice and providing it towards the postoffice. Att makes sense and silly for this.
