Long story short, I purchased a costly bit of package from Superfi which created a problem after a few months use. To come back them I'd to cope with the notorious Mrs Webster owner of the name "Customer Services Manager". An oxymoron when there is one; no one seemingly have told Mrs Webster what customer support really indicates or appears like; she absolutely pleasures in stating "No" at every possible event. After much fighting against her small and unhelpful perspective, I ultimately guaranteed a refund, but this being Mrs Webster there is obviously a sting within the butt; since I really couldnot find the running guide for that device after I delivered it, she incredibly taken 20 quid from my refund. I can not think about an activity more small and short-sighted - these guides could be saved in the internet free of charge

Since that time I've consequently invested a number of quid on AV gear, and you know what none of it's been invested with Superfi. Although I'm certain this can not lead them to type in Bankruptcy, it's undoubtedly cost them more in lack of repeat business than their small 20 quid that they successfully took from me. What Mrs Webster and Superfi have to comprehend is the fact that in retail, it's not really a criticism that decides if people return, it's HOW that criticism is managed. A well-handled criticism having a customer-friendly quality can lead to a faithful client and an advocate for a lifetime; a poorly managed criticism leads to a detractor who'll, normally, inform 10 individuals to prevent that organization. And of course publishing their encounter online...

Superfi, please, do yourselves a favor, sack this terrible lady who's charging you company and cash together with her perspective, and generate somebody who knows retail and also the ethos of customer support.

PS when you have endured in the fingers of Superfi, I'd need one to protest towards the Managing Director.interestingly enough, he does not seem eager for his specifics to become printed; he reported to a different website after I submitted his title and handle.indeed you Mr Edmund Daniel Abrams of
