Do not use Studio Chic Design! Initially, Dionne will be responsive to your emails, but as soon as you make a payment, she's long gone. After weeks of no response, I finally went to my credit card company to file a complaint and get a refund. (Fingers crossed on that one.)
I wish I had seen the 7 Better Business Bureau complaints against her and all of these consumer complaints too. The only thing I can say is that I've learned my lesson about dealing with online business - make sure you have an address, phone number, and project timeline before you give them a cent!
