On december 16, i received an e-mail from loan1hub saying this was letter to confirm their service and it will cost $34.95, they was waiting for my response i in turn e-mailed them saying that i didn't want their service and i received a failure notice from mailer-daemon saying the e-mail host rejected the e-mail. I thought no more about it because i didn't confirm that i wanted their service. Them i checked checking account on line this morning (december 31) and seen where they took $34.95 out of my account. I tried calling the number that was on below their name on my account and it keep telling me that their agents were busy and i was #17 on the caller list wait and an agent will be with me shortly, everytime i get down to #5, the next time the automation come on then i would be #12 or 13 or higher and then it would go back down to #5 then start all over again. They also say that you can go to their web site www.loan1hub.com and chat with an agent on line. I tried that, and when you go to send your message it gives you message saying that it failed. The only thing i want is to get my money back and let other people be aware of their scam.
