My Dad is 80 yrs old, they charged his bank account $39,95 and 1 and 2.50. He doesn't even know how turn computer on

My Dad is 80 yrs old, don't know how to turn on a computer. His bank statement showed $1,2.50, and a $39.95 charges from PGBINCSUPPORT.com. I called the number and was told it was Life Style Deal, was about working from home! It is not right that they target the elderly like this. Said it was from LifeStyleDeal.com.
