Received a fraudalent bill for $315 worth of bogus long distance calls. At the time this was billed, our computer became infected with a virus/pest that required our calling tech support. The technicians took us through the steps to clear our computer and we disconnected our telephone line.
We contacted Premier Premium Communications to inform them that we do not owe them any money. We received a letter back from "John" stating that in order for us to be billed we had to have taken various steps such as accept a download and agree to a disclaimer. We never did any of these things. This is a huge scam.
If they pursue this with us, we will take the appropriate action to put an end to this fraud.
