This is the second order I've foolishly made through this website. I should have known better but was suckered into in when they gave me a credit after complaining about how long it was taking to get the first one. It has now been over 10! Weeks since this second order was made.
I sent an email to their customer support a month ago and was given the brush-off. They said "It should have been shipped 11/15, but there have been delays and it should be sent out by the end of the week" They even blamed Hurricane Sandy and Opi for the delay. I think if such a major brand was having so much trouble recovering from storm damage we would have heard about it, if not have noticed it disappearing from store shelves.
Basically I'm sick of this. I'd rather have the product I ordered than the money since I was excited to try them. But most important is I don't want other people to fall for this scam. I'm just glad that I didn't buy any of their more expensive products! I WILL NOT be making another order with them.
