Ripoff How can I be billed for something when I wasn't home at that time they say I used their services

I was billed from Premier Premium Communications for $60.00 10/10/04 at 1:33pm also 10/12/04 at 3:55pm both to 44 207 335 84 - UNTD KINGD for 6 minutes each.

You might think this is a small amount but how can I be billed when no one was at home at that time?

I called my Internet provider and they said those dates times no one was using their services.

I am angry this company can and does ripoff so many of their fellow Americans.
