I never used there service. I was billed for calls to england like many other people from premier premuim communications. I tried every way possible to contact them with no results. 800 number always busy. I sent a letter but could not send it registed due to post office box. Tried internet no help. I was billed for thirteen calls for $254.00. I was also billed by my local telephone company. This is a ripoff company. I know i am not alone. Usacomplaints.com has over 80 complaints.
