On or about 10/18/04 I purchased a Dooney & Bourke pocketbook from Nicole Brooks in Texarkana, AR. I sent her a money order on the following Monday, which she immediately cashed.in her advertisement she indicated that shipping $8 would include Priority Shipping thru the US postal service. Take in mind this shipping method takes 2-3 days. Several days after she cashed my money order, I email her to find out when she would be sending my bag.
I never received a response from her. After about a week after not receiving my bag, I called Nicole and she informed me that she had sent the bag on Thursday, 10/28.04. But she lied. She had not sent the bag. I then called her several days later on 10/31/04 to find out if she had sent the bag and she said she did. Guess what? Still no handbag.
I started emailing and calling her daily to find out when I would be receiving my handbag or my $48 back. No response from Nicole. Still to day, I call her daily and either she doesn't answer the phone or her husband says she's not in.
I am still trying to collect. Please don't buy anything from this person on Ebay, I'm not the only one she has done this to. I've received numerous emails from other people that she has bought items from and have not paid or she has sold items to, spent the money and have not sent the item. She's a rip off.
