Setup with them, had problems with account & email - sent email telling them to close account, thought that would do it 5 months ago, I checked bank statement yesterday, was still being charged, sent them email told them about this, they sent back email stating when I signed up that I signed agreement to fax them my name, user name, last 4 numbers of credit card account. Who reads there whole thing anyway, they should of honored my request anyway? $5.95 times 5= not that much = it's the idea..
Have an Icon setup with B.B.B. = they make really good partners.
