I ordered the cybersonic toothbrush several months ago and never recieved it, yet my credit card was charged twice. The charges added up to seventy dollars for nothing. I have e-mailed and called the company many many times. When I call the company I almost always reach an answering service.
They are a total sham. I also expected that I might be able to get money back from my credit card company, but was unable to do so or to block future charges.
I finally had to cancel my card which was very inconvenient for me.
