My problem came when I tired to submit my order. I entered the address and phone information for my crdit card. When I selected the Submit button, the site displayed the message "Order failed, address information does not match card number" and recommended trying to enter the data again. I tried three times before a message diplayed that said 'order declined". I learned later that each time I selected the Submit button, my account was being charged.
Fortunately for me, anti fraud software at Bank of America detected the identical charges and triggered an account hold. This stopped the fraudulent charges after the third debit.
I am now in the process of trying to get refunds for the fraudulent charges.
Of course, emails to the address provided at the site yeild no response, and numerous messages left on the phone contact go unanswered.
