Antiage Offer was for free antiaging product... They charged my credit card $97.00 on 09/13

I signed up for free samples of AuraVie... The invoice reads:

On 09/13 they charged my Credit Card $97.00. I don't remember seeing anything about this continuing on or that more charges were pending. I would like to be refunded $95.98
