I purchased Greed Coffee Bean extract from the online store and still have not recieved any shipping information. My credit card was charged two weeks ago and I still have no confirmed shipping date.
I have emailed multiple times and called constantly and I have never received a reply or talked to a representative. When I call I am told that "all representatives are currently busy" and wait for appoximatly five minutes then hang up. Today for example, I have called six times and could not get through once to talk to someone.
This business is a scam and needs to suffer fraudulent charges. I do not want the product anymore, I just want my money back. It is illegal what they are doing and it needs to be stopped.
