I had both eyes done within 3 months of each other. I had 20/20 vision when I woke up - but it began to erode by the time I went for my 1 year checkup. I went early complaining of seeing 2 black dots & floating strings. Now 18 months later I am back to glasses & my eyes are so dry I need a faucet to keep them moist. I have decided to contact the Cleveland clinic to find me another doctor & fix the problem. My insurance paid over $20g's for this surgery & I paid an extra $5g's for Crystalens es. I was so thrilled to have my vision again and this feels like a cruel joke. The doctor is dismissed me when I complained saying nothing was wrong with the lenses. I am heartbroken.
