When I tried to cancel my membership with the Rush becuase i was moving to a different city, I was told by an employee I knew and had chatted with many times before that I could cancel it only a few days before the 15th billing date, and he could help me out and bypass the 15 day notice you have to give normally before you are billed as stated on the agreement. I then called their hotline number he gave me to cancel it, and the operator said it takes a minimum of 5 days to cancel it anyway and she could not do it any sooner than that. I emailed him to see if he could help me out like he had said and to tell him they told me something different, and he did not respond back. I emailed a second time and no response, the billing date passed and I was billed. I was deliberately lied to by a RUSH employee and the result was a wasted $33. Oh well at least they have a slightly higher profit margin screw what people think of their morals. The rush is a good place if you live somewhere for a long time, but if you have to move at all it will not be easy I wil go ahead and warn you.
