I found Frontier Pharmacies on a web search. I have been having extreme pain in the lower back and do not have a regular family physicain at the present. Have been to the emergency room several times and they can verify I am having back trouble, and they have prescribed pain meds for me, but I do not have the funds to keep going back to the er. This sounded like a good alternative until I could find a regualr doc. I filled out the questionare, and they charged me a $20 processing fee.
They were supposed to get back in touch with me so I could have the er fill out the patient report or arrange for an in-home doctor visit so they could prescribe the meds. They took my $20, and I have not been able to get ahold of them since. When I email them, I get a reply—but the email says nothing. It is totally blank. I let them know if I was not refunded my money, I would be reporting them, to no avail. There are too many companies out there ripping people off and we need to put a stop to it. I will do anything I can to be of help.
