I chose to provide myself a birthday handle on 9/4/07 of no more shaving and went to the Edina, MN location of American Laser Facilities. I bought a Hair-Removal bundle of 6 having a 2-year promise for that following places: Complete thighs, brazilian, armpits, brows and upper lip. I settled an overall total of $3822.51 that evening. I had been underneath the impact that after 6 remedies in each region that I'd be hair-free and never have to cut. I recognized when for whatever reason 6 remedies was not enough that there was a-2 year hair-free guarantee. I'd bought several places and so I got on the normal routine to do my complete thighs every 10-12 weeks and the rest of the places every 8-10 months. I usually adopted all directions with arrangement, remaining from the sunlight, shaving just, etc. After 6 complete remedies on every area I had been discouraged since I had been NOT hair-free. I did so anything when I was informed plus they stated my hair was ideal for elimination and also to simply have persistence since it works! I'd observed ZERO hair thinning on my thighs. I began recognizing that I had been just viewing the hair thinning within the places I'd formerly had laser light treatments from another organization (armpits and bikini). I kept heading when I was established it was likely to work with me - particularly using the cash I'd settled to create it occur. Unfortunately, after 3 years and 25 appointments towards the laser heart for severe discomfort and remaining from the sunlight and performing anything I had been informed, I'm most surely NOT hair-free. I met with Jody, the supervisor of the Edina area, on 9/22/10 and he or she got images and stated that she'd attempt to do what she might. She stated the organization doesn't provide discounts, but she'd attempt to get me some extra providers to determine if that will aid. It'd been nearly 8 weeks from ending up in Jody and that I hadn't actually noticed back from her. I'm seeking a complete reimbursement of $3822.51. I'll never return all of the discomfort and time invested during the last 3 years, but I actually do believe that it is significantly more than reasonable to obtain a complete refund. I posted towards the BBB, and my criticism is conflicting - they do not provide discounts I had been told again.
