Dr. Kronson Closed business - Owes me and other patients thousands of dollars. No response to call or emails

Dr. Kronson insisted that I purchase a package of multiple sessions and procedures only to close business days later. Thousands of dollars. Gia Laser Aestetic Center is out of business. The phones are no longer working. There website only states that they are closed. Dr. Kronson still practices. Dr. Kronson is Chair of the department of surgery at Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital in Whittier, Ca.
