I'd contacted my local employment agency (Spherion) to find work, and I was told they had two open telemarketing positions for a company called Astonish Results; (a digital marketing group who builds virtual websites for insurance companies to increase their businesses and revenue). Upon my inquriy I 'd submitted my resume which clearly stated my years of experience in customer service (8 years); and due to my extensive experience, my local employment agency thought I was a great candidate for Astonish Results.
I was contacted by a woman from Astonish Results Human Resource Dept, and she'd interviewed me over the phone. The interview went so well that I was contacted the next day by Spherion to start work on the next day 9am to 5pm. Upon arrival at Astonish Results office in Orlando, Fl, I was greeted to a warm welcoming by a young gentleman who offered and brought me a soda.
