The final four-times we've visited the Kroger Pharmacy on Scottsville Road in Bowling Green, KY, we've had problems. 3 times I had been informed I didnot have replacements on my medications, when actually, I did. The final moment they stated I'd no replacements, they went to date WITHOUT MY PERMISSION to contact my physician to get a refill. Nowadays my charge card was billed $50.00 a lot of to get a prescription. I named the drugstore, the lady accepted it had been an error, directed me IN THE FUTURE IN and he or she'd return the cash... Rather than crediting my CHARGE CARD which was used-to purchase the prescription. I approached the store-manager, and as time passes he named me back and explained the drugstore DIDN'T create a error and they might return the distinction anyhow BUT I STILL NEEDED TO COME IN!!! I'm SO FURIOUS that I really could actually SHOUT!!! It's the shopis error, not mine. Our allergies are so serious that I can't move outside, my child, who acquired the prescription reaches work at this time. We invest LOTS OF profit that Kroger, but understand this, if my cash isn't acknowledged back again to my charge card, NOT JUST ONE MORE PENNY is likely to be gotten from us. We WERE FAITHFUL clients, regarless. NO MORE, not just one more penny! I'm extremely annoyed and that I am likely to protest on every social media website from Facebook to FaceBook about how badly I've been handled. This it absurd and really should be resolved INSTANTLY! The drugstore for the reason that shop is IN SIGNIFICANT NEED OF SOME ADMINISTRATION!!!
