Linda Claryis physician, Dr. Richard Allen named the drugstore mentioned previously and remaining 2 medications on her on July 6 at 3:30. She was extremely nauseated from different medication she was getting. Her husband passed the store at 5:10 and also the worker there stated that nothing have been named into the shop. She named the physician and fortunately he was still in and stated that it'd been named in at 3:30 PM and quit on an answering machine. Her man was named and informed to inform them that it had been about the answering machine. He'd to hold back around 45 minutes.
