I signed up for this web site with the impression that I could order my medications from them, only to find out that it was a page with links to other sites that wanted to charge me a membership fee as well. I emailed the company and asked for a refund as I wasn't pleased. This is the response I got back.

I did not in any way attempt to steal their web site. I looked at it and noticed it was some of the same sites that I had already been to and found on my own.
Then I received this one

We are also forwarding your careless attitude to your credit/bank and showing them that you are a bad risk and to do business with you with this knowledge. And that you use your bad credit to make threats to avoid legal process.
We are fighting crime everyday to rid those that are untrustworthy as your communications have documented yourself as such
This is after simply requesting a refund from them. I think it could be handled a little better and with a little more customer service. Something they are surly lacking.
