I put an order to get a solution on 1/3. I examined the order status display also it stated my purchase was "on-hold" even though that my PayPal account have been billed. I tried to speak using the organization to discover what this intended thru numerous emails and telephone communications. I never received an answer. I eventually needed to document a challenge with PayPal to obtain it solved. Our cash was returned to PayPal within 2 times of processing the challenge. I never received any conversation in the organization. I'll never purchase from their website again.
