I was an employee at the medicines company for about 4 years. The disgraceful HR manager is Juliet Agranoff. I had some personal issues related to my 8 year old son's health which with faith, prayer and support from my family we were able to overcome and now he is fine. I am a single mother and raising him alone. I am educated, I went to school, earned my degree and became a professional. I had to miss work more than I would have liked to take care of my son, and while I understand the company still has to function regardless of my situation, my co-workers, who were wonderful, offered to help and support me as much as possible.
Human resources WAS totally uncaring, when I voiced my grievances and finally got to speak face to face with Juliet Agranoff, her comments were very mean, and racist. She said things like "you people" always have some reason for not coming to work, she said that she has kids too and "unlike other people" has managed to stay married.
