Juliet Homes, Houston, Texas will be filing suit April 3rd against their own customer for speaking the truth on bad building. Here are the FACTS they are being taken to court over:
FACT: Juliet Homes is currently being investigated by Texas Residential Construction Commission, State Homebuilder Regulatory Agency. The investigation Remains OPEN.
FACT: Juliet Homes did NOT file to be a state registered builder until AFTER they built homes.
FACT: Juliet Homes has an UNSATISFACTORY rating at the Better Business Bureau after ignoring complaints filed by their own customers!
FACT: Juliet Homes shares ownership with First Texas Residential Mortgage, which was recently issued a VIOLATION notice by the Texas Savings and Loan Dpt.
FACT: Juliet Homes shares an interest with Tremont Homes. Tremont was named by People Magazine as a "Contractor from Hell."
Facts don't lie and do hold up well in a court defense. Good luck Juliet trying to get blood from a stone in a lawsuit against your own, good faith, customer. Facts seem to be against Juliet, in my opinion. Would you buy a Juliet Home, a company who sues their own customer for stating facts to the public?
