I am the other half of the Main Street Hair highlighting fiasco. My hair is a disaster and it is going to cost a fortune to make it presentable to be out in public again. I have never been so rudely treated and insulted in my life by a company that is providing a service to the public. They have absolutely no remorse, apology or ethics over what they have done to my and my sister's hair.
My halo is in the wrong place. This is a
picture about halfway down the back of my head. Notice how
consistent Donna at Main Street Hair in Lake Elsinore, Ca is
with her sloppy work. This is enough to make a person ill.
What the hell was she THINKING! This is the sign of a mind
that is askew to produce such results as this on a person's hair.
They have ruined my vacation with my sister and we don't even want to be seen by people we don't know. People stare at us when we go shopping. We've been holed up in the house for 5 days now and cannot fix our hair yet, it is too damaged!
These people are liars and unscrupulous in their business dealings. They won't admit that they are wrong and need to restore me and my sister to at least partial wholeness, as total fixing is impossible, they have done too much damage to the both of us.
The trauma of a burn out hair do bleach job is way underrated and I figure it will take over 2 years to get healthy hair back and all of this rotten mess they made cut off.
Don't go there! They refused to do a thing for us and called in a 2nd year law student to "represent them" at a meeting. She works at the bathing suit shop next door when she is not sitting out on the front sidewalk by MAIN STREET HAIR IN LAKE ELSINORE smoking her ciggy butts. She is a snotty and condescending sniping little witch. Her shotgun mouth way overloads her bb unowhat and her representation of MAIN STREET HAIR is what pushed me over the edge to file a complaint with Ca Cosmetology board, I only wanted to settle it peacefully.
Main Street Hair should not be in business. They are a menace to society and the public. Not only are they incompetent, they are nasty and rude to boot.
