This company does not honor the 1 year warranty that comes with their products in their packaging when you receive the massagers. They sell large lots of their massagers to third parties at a deep discount, then when the re-seller sells the product for less than the MSRP, Medi-Rub refuses to honor the product under warranty. I purchased two foot massagers in the course of 60 days and both had mechanical failures. I contacted them directly, and via email and they flat out simply said Too Bad, we dont warranty our products if someone else sells them. How stupid and greedy is that? After dealing with these scammers, Im not confident that they would honor the warranty even if I did buy it directly from them, because of their handling of this. So when they need some extra money, they offload their cheaply made, but expensive foot massagers for some quick cash, then they dont honor the warranty because it might cost a few dollars in parts, because that is how simply these things are put together.
I cant wait for the Chinese to copy this design and sell it for 1/4 of their price and put them out of business.
