Ripoffsaid they would cancel account but didn't and keeps sending and billing out of my account Cincinnati

I ordered product not knowing it is not for high blood pressure people and called them i month ago. They said they would cancel account, but have sent more and took from my account. They would not answer my calls, what can i do... Help
