In 1995/1997 Matt Manka was having sexiul relations with Debbie Hofer (then Debbie Strand) while still counseling her and her marriage!!!
After this relationship broke up the Strand family, Matt fled to Arizona with client/wife Debbie Manka. He alludes prosecution by skipping states.
This destroyed the mental health of her childrem; Two are alcoholics now, the other has been hospitalized numerous times for addiction and drug abuse. Daughter Kristin, has had ongong psychological reactions to this disruptive and abusive relationship and the manipulative tactics of Matt Manka. The children at the time had to witness Police depolyed to the home as Matt Mankas ex victims were showing up at debbie Manka (then Hofer Strands) home to protest Matt having anymore sexual relationships with clients.
