Selling overpriced products and not allowed to return for refund

This compay selling the alkaline water bottle makers by recruiting salesmen and pay them commission like pyramid. The result is price of the product is so high. Nobody can sell it. I tried to return their products to get refund. They refused. It's good a good practice to do business in America where customers satisfaction is #1 priority.
