I've been for 6 months looking to get metlife to re-issue a check which was dropped by my lender. First they mentioned five business days they we get mean answer on once the check is likely to be shipped. About the tenth time they informed me that i didnt sign the shape. And so I closed and sent the shape back again to them a second time. About the 20th morning they advised me they didn't understand why the check wasn't shipped and mentioned I ought to call-back in two business days. After two business days they nevertheless had no solution for me personally and recommended that i call-back in "several dayss". Meantime costs go un-paid.
