A few months before I got my 4 yr-old boy to Western Dental. These were so rude! While he was obtaining the xrays completed the lady was getting annoyed @ him & increasing her speech to him. He began sobbing. She claims why have you been weeping? There's nothing to cry about. He claims you're choking me (gagging him) she's obviously upset after 5 minute. Of him attempting to be courageous & not joke I ask her to pls be relaxed he's poor refluxes be knowledge. She ultimately gets the xrays and huffs. Afterwads he sticks to me attempting to not cry and claims mother I'd like you. Lastly the dentist comes and claims his xrays look great. I said oh great I had been worried about his top tooth he bumped it on the children mind while enjoying. She claims oh it is lifeless he requires a root channel a pottery veener that I'll need to purchase outofpocket. He also offers 2 cavities. At this time I'm floored. I expected them how they are doing the main channel they state calm him or set him within this quilt that keeps him along. I begin crying and state you take a look at him and find out another child. I take a look at him and find out my child. They create a visit for today to complete a root canal, stuffing and Cleaning-So We proceed in a youngster is YELLING! I notice them-they have been in the quilt and secured down. The dentist makes eye-contact with me and shuts the doorway. Our boy is frightened I'm attempting to maintain it together. Following a time exactly the same doctor. Arrives of the area informs me he's likely to calm my boy. I tell him no-you aren't. He informs me easily do not we shall tie him along. I tell him no. He gets annoyed with me saying herself I inform him you're not pressing my child. I do want to see his xrays. He repeats herself again of what he's likely to do I inform him u r not pressing my child show me the xrays u never confirmed them in my experience. It dates back and forth lastly I inform him my boy will obtain a cleansing show-me the xrays he huffs walks away and continues his rim. Our boy gets his teeth cleaned I keep. Visited another dentist today informed them our scenario they got xrays looked over his teeth. And YOU KNOW WHAT? Their tooth is balanced and good. He's no cavitites anything was ideal together with his teeth, plus they showed me his X-Rays! I'm treated and Pissed-Off!
