On 8/17 this "service" tried to pull a bait and switch on me.
I go in and sign up for their dental insurance plan which offered free teeth cleaning along with an examination (the plan costs $49).
Xrays were taken and the dentist says he sees no cavities. Well and good but what happened next was unbelievable. The dentist next says a "deep cleaning" needed to be done to remove the tartar so a new set of xrays can be taken and he can check for "little cavities" and guess what? He said this will cost me $532 to get done! (I wonder why Xrays were taken before he examined me directly).
I said I wasn't interested in that phase and just wanted to get the regular teeth cleaning done. Guess what? They refused to do the free teeth cleaning (I had spoken with an office manager) after I had just signed up for it (and paid for it). I left the office (but not before I got my $49 back - the dentist also tried to pressure me into getting a scaling done on my teeth and I wasn't interested in that either).
I'm not going back and will take my business elsewhere.
