Shipped more product than I ordered Cincinnati Ohio

Shipped this avlimil and I specifically made sure that I checked boxes that I did not want any more.

I want to send this back and can't due to a PO number. Can't get a physical address using reverse lookup using the PO number or the phone number.

This company is just acting fraudulent.
