I ordered Phentermine from this online pharmacy. I paid a hefty $565.81 for a 6 month supply, 180 tablets. What I received was a plastic baggie that had some complete tablets, but mostly broken and chalky white powder!
I emailed the pharmacy right away. I was emailed back instructed to take a picture of what I got in the package. I then emailed it to them for their "claims" department. The cust service rep I was speaking with apologized & stated as soon as they received my picture, a new package would be sent out.
I waited a few days & emailed pharmacy customer service rep again. He stated that the package would be mailed out in the next 24-36 hrs, and that I would get another tracking# through usps soon after that.
Needless to say that was the end of our communication! The phone number listed on the front of their website is unavailable & then my emails started being returned to me as "undeliverable"! I thought to myself "Fine, I will just have to dispute the charge with my credit card", wrong again.
My Barclays BJ's Visa card told me that because they were not in the united states, I had to send back the package I received & prove it had been delivered before they would even consider my dispute! Please save yourself my hardship! Do Not order from this online pharmacy!
