I ordered the sample of Hydroderm. I received it, used it and was not impressed with the results.in fact I saw none. No biggie though right? Wrong, a few days later I noticed a charge for $59.95 on my bank card. I called Hydroderm and they informed me it was automatic, but I could cancel and when I received the shipment to just refuse it. Upon their receipt of it, they would issue a refund. Okay, no problem.
On Jan 5 I sent back the package. On Jan 13 I called regarding the refund as I had not received it. I was told that they hadn't received confirmation of the return from their shipping dept. And would e-mail me when they had.
On Jan 20th I called, same answer. On Feb 9. When I called, the "customer service" operator "Dana" said she would research it and either e-mail or call me with the results. They have never contacted me. I called again today March 18, they gave me the same run-around.
I've now filed a complaint with both the IFCC and the BBB. Hopefully this will be resolved. But I would definitely think twice before doing business with these people!
