I have use MM/Rxiop for weeks, in the minimum since March or Nov. I have put numerous purchases together (which alll total up to a large number of pounds invested) that experienced with no problem.
But about 2 weeks before I spot an order for 3 Bromazepam and 2 Temgesics.
Used to donot feel the bundle till lately since I had been in the centre of shifting and got side-tracked. Recently, I popped the bundle and noticed 2 Bromazepam and 1 Temgesic.
Today I Will acknowledge the bundle was thrown around a little and maybe I lost monitoring of hands down the covered packages of Bromazepam.
However The 2 covered Temgesic deals are there and that I popped both.
1 deal had all 50 Temgesics inside it. And so I start another covered Temgesic bundle (and so I may place them in a container together) and all that is in that bundle is 1 Temgesic (not the 50 tablets that ought to be there) and cotton. Often the tablets are concealed within the cotton and so I looked through all of them before cotton was virtually shredded.
So that they sent mean empty bundle of Temgesic.
I sent a contact instantly of the, declaring the covered Temgesic carrier was vacant and included just one pill—which I am absent 1 - Pack of Bromazepam.
Their reaction was rude, patronizing and essentially charged me since itis (within their phrases) "difficult" to create errors on an order and it's really somehow my problem. (despite the fact that the vacant Temgesic bundle was COVERED) and that I just observed 2 of 3 Bromazepam deals current.
I politely asked the things they might do to repair this. They stated (since their oh-therefore ideal and actually difficult in order for them to actually make errors) they wont create any work to repair the issue. Actually, the communication delivered appeared to recommend I had been producing everything up—even though I SIMPLY put another order together a week ago (it was before I observed the issues using the preceding purchase, obviously.)
In order I view it, I Have been cheated out-of $200, despite being truly a faithful
Client to MM/Rxiop to get a good time period.
But what irritates me most may be the customer support was deplorable and they are producing zero work to repair the issue.
Whilst a caution to present MM/Rxiop clients, do not rely on them if anything goes wrong with your purchase. They will instantly clean their fingers of any responsibility, suggest it is your problem, and possibly be rude along the way.
I'll NEVER use MM/Rxiop again and recommend others to select an IOP with customer support that really cares about their clients.
