I obtained a JC Penney refund offer from Stonebridege and complied using their terms. I obtained a $10 refund check that we cashed and was informed by my lender that it had been was delivered inadequate resources and my consideration was assesed a $19 charge. Stonebridge today has my JC Penney bill info and my bank account info plus they need more to create it right.
