Got no answer when trying to cx, still charged cc with $74 went to web pg. Explained situation said i had to provide the orginal e-mail

Could no reach co to cx order y phone by due date. Went on web pg. Described situation. Still carged my cc $74. Said i had to provide the original e-mail. Sent it on their form. Definately a scam...
