The hired help at the front desk, are incompetent

Doc. LaGrone is a excellent doc. But his front desk help, stinks.

Three receptionist taking turns answering the phone. So you end up with the old "I did not say that" routine. If your are on medicare then you will not even get a form filled out, which is required by law (but again it is tex-ass)
