Warner health care, inc. Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing had to cancel all cards

They had a add on TV and said all you have to pay for is $4.50 for shipping after 21 days they billed my account another 35.00 without my authorization. Now they are sending me another box when I told them to cancel all orders...
