I ordered the trial sample of the Lean Spa dietary supplement which was to be at a charge of $1.99. My credit card was charged this fee, but I never reveived the sample that I ordered. A few days later, there was another charge to my credit card in the amount of $79.99. I also received the full 30 day supply, not the trial I ordered. Upon attempts to contact the company by phone numerous times, I constantly got a recording that their phone lines were extremely busy. I was then directed to send an email with my request. When I did this, I received a response stating that their volume of emails were extremely high and they would get back to me as quickly as possible. I just wanted to acquire an RMA # before the 14 days was up and it seems as if they are trying to circumvent that by giving me the run around.
